How long does generation take?
Usually 1–3 minutes; up to 5 minutes during peak hours. You don't need to keep the App open the whole time — failed generations are auto-refunded to your credit balance.
How do I cancel Pro Weekly?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions →
Viral Dance Generator → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments &
subscriptions → Subscriptions → Viral Dance Generator → Cancel.
After cancellation, Pro benefits remain active until the end of the current paid period; no further charges occur.
I purchased but my credits didn't arrive
Most purchases settle within 30 seconds. If yours didn't:
- Open the App → Pro & Credits → tap "Restore".
- If still missing after 5 minutes, email us with a screenshot of the receipt.
The generated video looks bad
AI generation isn't always perfect. Failed runs are auto-refunded. For better results:
- Pick a sharp photo with face, shoulders, and torso visible
- Prefer a plain background over a busy one
- Crop to a single subject if multiple people are in frame
How do I delete my data?
Inside the App: Settings → Delete my data. Or email ongorunet@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" — include your device UUID for the fastest turnaround. See Privacy Policy.
Can I move my credits to a new device?
Pro Weekly subscriptions migrate via App Store / Play Store "Restore Purchases". Anonymous credits are tied to the device UUID; contact us and we'll migrate them manually.
Is the AI safe with my photo?
Your photo is sent to kie.ai's Kling 3.0 model only for the duration of generation. kie.ai automatically deletes uploads after 3 days; we never share photos with any other third party. Full details: Privacy Policy.
