1. Overview
Viral Dance Generator (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it's used, which third parties process it, and your rights.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Anonymous device identifier
On first launch the App generates a random UUID and stores it locally on your device. We do not require an Apple ID, Google account, email, or any other personally identifiable information.
2.2 The photo you upload
The photo you choose is uploaded to our generation provider kie.ai to render your dance video. It is stored there for at most 3 days and is then automatically deleted.
2.3 The generated video
The output video is hosted on a short-lived URL by kie.ai for approximately 24 hours, after which it is auto-deleted. Any copy you save to your device stays entirely under your control.
2.4 Purchases & subscriptions
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat. Your payment details (card numbers, banking info) are handled directly by Apple or Google — our servers never see them. RevenueCat manages subscription state and purchase history on our behalf.
2.5 Diagnostics
The App does not include third-party analytics or crash reporting SDKs. Standard server access logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) are retained for 7 days for security and debugging.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To generate the dance video you request
- To track your credit balance and subscription state
- To debug issues and improve service quality
- To meet legal and tax obligations
4. Third Parties (AI Disclosure)
The following providers receive limited data so we can operate the service. By using the App you consent to these data flows; we also surface this disclosure inline before your first generation.
- kie.ai (Kling 3.0 Motion Control v3) — your uploaded photo and the chosen reference dance video are sent to kie.ai for AI generation. See kie.ai/privacy.
- Cloudflare (Workers, R2, KV) — hosts our API, dance assets, and the anonymous user record.
- RevenueCat — manages subscription and credit-pack purchases.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — billing, receipts and refunds.
5. Data Retention
- Anonymous user record: until you request deletion
- Uploaded photo: 3 days (kie.ai)
- Generated video: 24 hours (kie.ai)
- Server access logs: 7 days
- Purchase records: as required by law
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can remove it.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your anonymous device record and all server-side data linked to it by emailing ongorunet@gmail.com, or by tapping "Delete my data" inside the App's settings. We respond within 30 days.
8. International Transfers
Data may be processed in regions where Cloudflare and kie.ai operate (including the United States and the European Union). We rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses for any cross-border transfer.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced inside the App or on this page; the "Effective" date will be updated.
